ONE LAST LISTEN
List ready. Over to the DJ.
Add the order, versions and start points to your notes. Review the full running order, then share it with your music team.
This is a planning list, not a music player. Spotify and YouTube links open a search on those platforms; they do not create a playlist in your account. Online results come from the iTunes catalogue, where some versions or tracks may be unavailable. We do not download audio, album covers or lyrics.
Listen beforehand to check the lyrics and the version. Inclusion here does not grant permission to use a track at an event for free.
PLAN THE FLOW TOGETHER
Choose wedding songs, moment by moment.
Your entrance, ceremony, first dance and cake cutting need not share the same rhythm. Choose these songs first, then add quieter dinner music and the songs you want everyone to sing. Start separate flows for henna nights, engagements, birthdays and corporate events.
Choose a starting point below. Search the suggestions, add your own songs and note when they should play. Nothing is added until you select it.
Wedding playlist: from the entrance to the last dance
Entrance music and dinner music serve different purposes. Choose songs separately for the welcome, entrance, ceremony, first dance, cake, party, halay and closing. Reorder the sections to fit your day.
Write the artist and version for your first dance. Tell the DJ the start time, dance length and ending transition. Keep cake music in a separate section and note whether it starts with an announcement.
Plan the henna entrance, henna ceremony, dancing and halay separately. Note anything sung or played live. Your henna draft stays in this browser when you switch to the wedding list.
Decide when to lower the music between the welcome and the ring ceremony. Add separate songs for the couple’s entrance, first dance and cake. Remove unused sections or add one for a family speech.
Arrange the welcome, birthday entrance, cake and dancing. Note which part should play as the candles are blown out. A suggestion does not guarantee age-appropriate lyrics; listen to your chosen version first.
Use separate sections for the foyer, pre-presentation, awards and networking. Give the music team clear notes on lowering the volume for speeches, entrance announcements and finish time.
Choose the event, then arrange its sections and their order.
Search for a song and artist or enter them yourself; add version and transition notes.
Review the full running order and send the music team a text file or a PDF printed from your browser.

How do I build a wedding playlist?
In the Wedding tab, add songs for the entrance, first dance, cake, party and closing. Reorder the sections and add new ones as needed. Check the final flow and send it to your music team as a text file.
Can I choose first-dance and henna songs separately?
Yes. Each event and section has its own songs. When you switch between henna night, engagement, birthday and corporate events, the other lists stay in this browser.
Will this create a playlist in my Spotify or YouTube account?
No. The links search the platform for your chosen song and artist. This tool does not play audio, download music files or create a playlist in your account. It prepares a running order to share with your DJ.
How does song and artist search work?
As you type, matching suggestions appear. With at least three characters, only the search text is sent to the iTunes catalogue. If online search is unavailable, use the built-in selection or enter a song yourself.
How do I send my playlist to the DJ?
Check the order with View full flow. Download a UTF-8 text file or use Print / Save PDF in your browser. Include versions, start times and section notes. The result is a running order, not an audio file.
