Düğün Masam

No need to redraw every time your guest list changes

Düğün Masam was made for anyone trying to answer “Who sits at which table?” across scraps of paper, messages and scattered spreadsheets.

Open your plan

How did it start?

Guest lists change right up to the final week. A cancellation frees a seat; an extra guest means another seating decision. Düğün Masam was created to make those changes easier to manage.

Our goal is not to make an architectural drawing program. To offer you a clear tool with which you can roughly set up the place, see the tables and place the names one by one.

What can you do here?

Düğün Masam is an online seating-plan and invitation tool originally created in Turkish. It runs in your browser; planning, table-style previews and invitation design do not require an account.

Calculate the number of tables

Divide the guest count by the table capacity and round up: 150 guests need at least 15 tables seating 10. This calculation does not include service areas or walking routes.

Explore the table calculator →

Arrange your seating plan

Enter the venue dimensions and arrange round, square or rectangular tables. The editor supports up to 1,000 guests and 50 tables. Download a PDF or share a link containing the plan as it stands.

Open the editor →

Import the ready name list

Select the name column in an Excel or CSV file, or paste one name per line. Use side and group details to seat guests; if needed, move someone to an empty chair at another table.

Preview your table in 3D

Compare table shapes, flowers, tablecloths and chair colours together in the Workshop. Saved tablecloth and chair colours can become the editor's starting colours in the same browser.

Open the Workshop →

Create your own invitation

Choose a background and edit the text, fonts, colour and decorations. Download a PDF or PNG for printing, or an HTML file with an opening envelope for digital sharing. The tool does not collect RSVPs or send invitations automatically.

Design invitation →

Help guests find their table with a QR code

Create a “Where is my table?” QR code in the editor. Guests can open the link and search for their name to find their table. Regenerate the code after changing the seating plan; anyone with the link can access the names and table details it contains.

See the table finder screen →

There are starting layouts for engagements, henna nights, birthdays and corporate events as well as weddings. Your chosen template does not limit you; you can rearrange everything in the editor.

Where is your plan stored?

You do not currently need an account. Event and guest details are stored in the browser you use. You can reopen the plan on that device and browser; it does not transfer automatically to another device.

Save an up-to-date sharing link to continue editing on another device or preserve the plan before clearing browser data. A PDF is a fixed snapshot instead. For details, see the privacy page you can look.

Two things you need to know

The venue has the final say

Floor-area and capacity calculations are starting points. Confirm actual table dimensions, service routes, emergency exits and accessibility requirements with the venue team.

If you need help

What do we base these guides on?

We publish blog articles and planning guides under the Düğün Masam name, with the original publication date beside each article. Product instructions reflect the current interface. Calculation examples show their figures and assumptions; we do not present table dimensions as a guaranteed capacity or safety approval for every venue. For changing topics such as official procedures, we rely on the relevant institutions and explain conditions that vary by person or service.

Workshop and event images are illustrative, not photographs of a real venue or a product for sale. The workshop's flower selection is not ranked by sales or popularity. Source and image records are available in in the central resource section here. The guides help with general preparation; they do not replace an official application or personalised legal advice. To report incorrect information, send the page address and a description of the issue to [email protected] .
